Mr. Lee MorganDirector (DipSM, MIIRSM, Tech IOSH, LCGI, MISM) With over 20 years Safety and Health leadership, my career has travelled through many interesting and learning pathways. My reputation as a respected change motivator comes from the ability to combine worker, supervisor and senior management focuses. Formerly from the Iron and Steel Trades, I moved into Construction in 1993 where I have since worked for some of the Major Construction Clients in the UK. I have worked extensively in setting up and implementing effective Safety and Risk Management systems. I approach all my clients problems in a pragmatic and problem solving manner. I take pride in elevating a clients' overall safety, quality and production performance through the application of professional management principles of safety and loss control. Mr. Kevin McGill Safety Consultant Worked for a number of years in the United States military on board the USS New Orleans, during my time I worked within the Fire Protection areas of the fleet, comprising the use of hazardous materials, fire protection, prevention, control and fire fighting. My responsibilities were to the fleet and personnel serving within. I moved into a Health & Safety role of which this led to new avenues of responsibility. On leaving military service, I moved back to the United Kingdom and worked for a number of employers whilst developing my health & safety career. I worked a number of years at Heathrow Airport of which my responsibilities were the health & safety of designated areas, personnel and developed the existing systems.
I then moved into a security career responsible for London establishments operating under the SIA Licence and BIIAB system, responsibilities included Fire Risk Assessments, Training, Prevention and Control of premises, Safety related activities in identifying Crowd Control, Protection, Risk Assessments, Safety Systems Procedures, Procedural Management and Audit Systems. Mr. Brian MottershawConsultant Brian had worked for over 30 years for Sheffield City Council. In 2000 he was asked to take over as senior Health and Safety Representative. At that time he was studying part-time at Sheffield Hallam University reading Social Science and Law.
In 2006 he took a teacher training course to be able to deliver training. Brian has developed himself and is successfully delivering training courses in IOSH Managing Safely and First Aid at Work, he also delivers CIEH courses in COSHH and Moving and Handling. The training has been delivered to various companies such as B&Q, Sainsbury`s, Asda, and local authorities such as Kent County Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, and North Yorkshire Council. Mr. Darin GrayConsultant I started off working life in Rosyth Dockyard as an apprentice electrician, and have spent the majority of my 26 working years in the engineering and construction industry.
